Enrollment in the 2nd year of study
Students who meet the conditions for advancement to a higher year (minimum 60 credits) will be enrolled in the IS by a study assistant without personal presence at the faculty.
When does the registration take place?
Enrollments always start in the second week in September. The time and exact date will be found out as an announcement through UIS in August.
Do I have to come in person and fill in anything?
It depends on my study results.
If I have passed all the credits and exams for a given year, I do not have to be present in person at the record. The clerk will enroll me.
If I did not pass 1-2 subjects, I have to come in person, and bring a List of Study Results (UIS -> My College -> Student Portal -> View and print a study summary) and I will fill in a request to move the subject.
If I did not pass 3 or more subjects, I have to come in person, and bring a List of Study results (UIS) and fill in a request to repeat the academic year.
If I do not wish to continue my academics anymore, I will fill out the notice of leaving the study.
Tip: I will receive the relevant requests on the spot, but I can pre-fill them at home.
