I will need to fill out an official form or application to handle some study matters.
Do I need to download the official form or application?
FEM students often use these applications:
- Request to move a subject,
- request for repetition of the year,
- abandonment notice,
- application for an individual study plan (ISP) due to studying abroad.
Current documents for download can be found on the FEM website. I will find other important forms, especially for the final work, on the FEM Document Server in UIS. I can find the students registration number (Ev. No.), for example, in the UIS Personal Data Check tab.
